Every year, the UK egg industry suffocates 30m male chicks in gas chambers because they can't lay eggs.

ALSO

Some of the stuff we humans do, has been normal for aggggges.

But - what if some of that stuff needs a quick double-check - just in case it SEEMED ok, but is in fact - a bit weird?

We think some of the ways people treat animals could do with a double-check.

We don't actually need to suffocate male chicks in gas chambers. New tech can allow gender scanning before they hatch - saving millions of gas-chamber'ey deaths from happening.

Stuff We're Doing

We want the practise of 'chick culling' to end, so we're working on making that happen.

Lambs are castrated using a thick rubber band over their balls, until eventually they drop off. It hurts loads. We want to put a stop to that too.

Some brands have suffering and death in their supply-chains, but trade with 'happy clappy animals' brand identities. We're challenging them.
